We appreciate your understanding that the instant delivery and irretrievable nature of digital content make cancellations infeasible.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal

• Standard EU Withdrawal Rights: Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within 14 days of delivery. This is a standard consumer right in the EU and is fully supported by our shop for eligible products.
